A cracked Samsung screen does not have one universal repair price. Galaxy models use different displays, and damage to the glass, picture or touch can change what needs replacing. The useful starting point is your exact model and what the phone is doing.
Start with the exact Galaxy model
Tell us the model name and model number if you have them. If the phone still works, check the device information in Settings. If it does not, bring the phone in and we can help identify it. “Samsung Galaxy” alone is not enough to confirm the correct part.
We assess supported Galaxy S, A, Z and other Samsung models. Support and parts availability are checked for the particular device; a listing for one Galaxy does not mean the same repair is available for every model.
Describe the glass, picture and touch
Is the glass cracked but the picture and touch still working? Is the display blank, showing lines or responding inconsistently? Tell us whether the phone also has charging, camera or power problems, or has been exposed to liquid.
These symptoms help us decide what needs checking. They do not establish a diagnosis by themselves. A screen replacement may address display damage, while a separate fault can need further assessment.
Parts and diagnosis affect the quote
We confirm the available parts and repair path for the exact model before proceeding. A straightforward fault may be quoted directly. If diagnosis requiring disassembly is needed, we explain the assessment first.
Our standard assessment is $89, credited toward an approved repair when you proceed after that paid assessment. Liquid-damage assessment is $89 and non-refundable; further parts or work are quoted separately. Check our current pricing and assessment information before booking.
Ask about timing before making plans
Timing depends on the fault, parts availability and any specialist work required. Booking helps with intake but does not guarantee a same-day repair. If diagnosis changes the work or quote, we contact you before carrying out additional chargeable work.
