If you proceed after a paid standard assessment, the $89 assessment is credited toward the approved repair.
We complete the approved work, test the device appropriately and contact you when it's ready.
You don't need to work out which technician handles a particular fault. Any advertised iPhone repair can start at an open IPG store; specialist work can be transferred internally when required.
