Screen & display
Broken displays, damaged panels and display-related faults on supported computers.
MacBook and computer repairs for screens, batteries, charging, no-power faults, liquid damage and board-level problems — all through the IPG repair network.

Some computer faults are straightforward. Others need proper diagnosis before anyone can responsibly quote the repair. We explain that path first.

Explore board-level repairs →The repair path depends on the exact machine, fault and parts availability. We'll establish what you're dealing with before approved work begins.
We don't turn a diagnosis into an open-ended repair. If the job changes, we contact you before carrying out additional work.

Obvious faults may be quoted directly. Diagnosis requiring disassembly has an $89 assessment fee, explained first.
If you proceed after a paid standard assessment, the $89 assessment is credited toward the approved repair.
We complete the approved work, test appropriately and contact you when the computer is ready.
Charging circuitry, no-power faults, liquid damage and board-level problems can require deeper diagnosis. That's part of the repair network, not an afterthought.
Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for testing or completing the agreed repair. Where possible, back up important data before handing over the computer.

Yes, where possible. We take reasonable care, but customers remain responsible for maintaining a backup of important data.
Tell us if the data is particularly important. No-power repair and data-recovery pathways can be considered according to the fault.
We'll explain the findings and available options so you can decide whether further work makes sense.
Check each store’s current opening hours before visiting. Temporary closures and special hours are shown on our location pages.
